Counter ask
A counter ask is a letter with one question. The question may concern a scent slip, a savor mark, or one line in the company record. This page does not open a checkout and does not take a payment card.
How to write
Email ssgeneral@savorstation.xyz. Put “Counter ask” on the first line. Then write one question and the facts you already know.
