Pages on savorstation.xyz, and email sent to reach the company, fall under this notice. A website we do not operate does not.

What the counter reads

The counter reads the name, email address, and message you chose to send, plus a phone number when one is in the letter. Skip identity-document numbers and payment-card details.

Not on the strip

Strip pages do not ask anyone to register. They do not post a contact form to a server. An advertising cookie is not used. An analytics cookie is not used. The markup does not include an advertising SDK or an analytics SDK.

Host logs

Ordinary host logs may list IP address, browser type, date, and the page requested. SCENTSHOP LLC does not turn those logs into advertising profiles.

Why mail is answered

Email is answered, a company fact on the strip can be checked against it, and the thread required for that answer is kept.

Retention

Mailbox copies remain until the question is finished. A later note from the same address can ask for deletion of what we still hold. Backup copies and copies a law requires us to keep are removed after that requirement ends.

Sharing

Personal information is not sold. The host and the email provider process technical data needed to deliver the site and the mail. Where the law requires a disclosure, that disclosure is made.

Children

People under 13 are not the readers these strips are written for. Do not send their personal details to the counter.

Requests about a letter

Write the counter to request access, correction, or deletion of letter content still on file. We may confirm the request uses the same email address before acting.
